The three faces the name has been set in, as one letter each: Foundry Wilson, the revival of what Alexander Wilson cut in Glasgow from 1748; Frutiger, what the mark is drawn in now; and ES Allianz, the coldest of the three. The two faces we would draw come from the middle of them — Wilson's skeleton, the grotesque's evenness — which is the argument this picture is making.
