The mark has no proportion of its own. It is four lines justified to whatever box it is given, so a poster, a ticket, a banner and a square each produce a different shape from the same rule, and nothing is ever scaled artwork. The only thing to watch is the tracking each line needs to reach the measure: past a tolerance the letters stop being a word and start being a pattern, and the table says when that has happened.
