What the colours are

The quiet version keeps one ink for the gesture. This is the other end of it. By data gives every film the colour of one of its own index fields, so the films make as many colours as the data has values, and nobody chooses any of them. Overprint puts the stills, the gesture and the information on three plates in three inks: the only colours you see where they cross are the ones the inks make. Flood drowns the sheet in one ink and reverses everything out of it. Off register shifts the plates by up to 12 mm, as a press does when nobody is watching.
